understand your needs we offer several support
plans. Sites that are maintained regularly tend
to have a lot less problems. Having a regularly
scheduled maintenance plan minimizes emergency
service calls saving customers time and money.
All of our support plans also reduce your hourly
rate. Sing Soft has technical support available
around the clock. We have a variety of support
plans. I'm sure we have one that's just right
for you.
Monthly Maintenance
DoubleBit will perform a 1 hour-site
maintenance visit once a month to check the following:
Site Connectivity, Server Maintenance (including
cleaning temp files, 0 byte files, Drive space,
File structure, check for Viruses, check backups,
Software versions, etc….), and the overall
well being of your network.
24/7 Emergency
Support
DoubleBit is available to you 24
hours a day and 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
This also includes 4 hour response time, not matter
what time it is. You can feel rest assured that
you will be covered no matter what problems occur
with this support plan.
Premium Support
Plan
This plan includes both the Monthly
Maintenance plan as well as the 24/7 Emergency
Support plan.
Platinum Support
Plan
This plan includes both the Monthly
Maintenance plan as well as the 24/7 Emergency
Support plan plus and additional 4 Hours of support.
You may use the 4 hours for Service Calls, scheduled
maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, etc…..
If you prefer not to use any of
the DoubleBit Support Plan, you will still receive
our great service. However, you will be billed
at our regular hourly rate.
